Silent Retreat in Åsebakken

The purpose of these Ignatian weekend retreats is to explore how our God-given human faculties—imagination, senses, and intellect — can serve us as sacred pathways to connect with the divine. The central theme emphasizes recognizing God’s faithful and powerful presence both within us and woven throughout our ordinary, everyday experiences.
The retreat will be led by Fr. Premo and is rooted in the spirituality of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, particularly his method of Imaginative contemplation.
