DESCRIPTION:  \nFrom 4 February we will have a special Bible meditation every 1st Tuesday of the month at 6.30 pm. \nFr. Daniel will give a short introduction to a Bible text and teach how to use some of the methods of Saint Ignatius to meditate on that text. A session will consist of around 10 minutes of introduction\, 30 minutes of personal meditation in silence and 15 minutes of sharing. \n

You may know some of the songs already\, ( Bless the Lord\, Nada te Turbe\, Laudate Dominum…)\, and if you like the style\, please join us!\nThe prayer lasts 45 minutes and is followed by some tea and cookies in the brick room. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday 24 May when we go to the beautiful coast area ad Vedbæk to play soccer\, swim and barbecue – everything at the seminary of Redemptoris Mater in Immortellevej 11\, 2950 Vedbæk. \n\n\n\nCome from 3 pm (NB: note the time. Previously we said 2pm) where there will be organized soccer matches against the seminarians on their own football field. We also have access to their beach at the sea\, so bring your swimming suit\, if you want to swim. \n\n\n\nAround 5 pm we will start barbecuing\, so bring also meat to grill. \n\n\n\nWe have promised to be out around 7 pm.

SUMMARY:Join the ExREx! (Extreme Rosary Experience)
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday 25 May there is a pilgrimage for all parishes in Zealand to Our Lady of Aasebakken. The bishop and a lot of priests will celebrate mass in the open at 11.30 am. It is possible to join the bishop in a 1½ hours walk through Rude Skov. If you want that\, just meet at 9:00 am at Rudersdalsvej 41\, 2840 Holte. \nYou can also join CAYAC doing the ExREx! (Extreme Rosary Experience). We will leave Klampenborg Station as soon as the train arrives at 6:54 am (take the regional train Re 4202 towards Helsingør that leaves København H at 6:37\, Østerport at 6:44\, Hellerup at 6:50) and walk around 16 km through the most beautiful parts of Northern Seeland. Our route takes us through Dyrehaven\, Jægersborg Hegn\, Nærum\, Søllerød and Rude Skov. We will pray four rosaries\, walk a bit in silence\, but also have the chance to talk and to enjoy the nature surrounding us. \nNB: It all depends on the weather. So join the ExREx group in the CAYAC WhatsApp community\, and look for updates there.
